Do you require a deposit?

MVP Athlete sessions: You can choose to pay your entire session up front, but at a minimum, we require 50% deposit at booking. Remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before your session.

Media Day Experience sessions: All athletes participating must register, read and check the liability section. 100% payments are due in full before photo day.

Team and Individual sessions: We operate under a pre-pay credit system and require, at minimum, 50% of the entire organization to purchase credits upon registration. Single teams of 15 or less must fully commit to credit purchases for us to come out. Credits are tied to the telephone number used to register on our platform and automatically apply when you are ready to order photos. Please discuss this thoroughly with your organization and parents before booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

In any event you have to cancel, deposits are fully refundable up to 72 hours before your session. We reserve the right to withhold deposits for last minute cancellations.

Do you travel outside of your coverage area?

We are based in Killeen, Texas and service a 50 mile radius which covers from Waco to Austin. Organizations outside of our coverage area will require a one time travel fee of $150.

What types of print products do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of print products to showcase your awesome images. From standard prints to albums, memory mates, buttons, plaques, banners, etc. We work with trusted professional lab partners to offer you the highest quality products that will stand the test of time.

When can I expect to receive my images?

You can expect to receive your private online gallery within 15 business days following your photoshoot. Our secure online marketplace is where you will view your images, fulfill your packages, and purchase prints and products.
